Target market is the desert area in the Middle East and India, where mega solar plants are operating and rainfall is less. The product has been developed since 2008, and is currently in the leading position among similar robots. They also develop other types of robots to be used for cleaning / inspection etc. for outdoor use, where their expertise in robustness can be best utilized. Job Description	You will be engaged in design and development of autonomous robots - the solar panel cleaning robot as well as new robot to operate outdoors. Main responsibilities are: - Mechanical design of autonomous robot (new development and improvement of current model) - Pre-research and technology development about new robot - Brainstorming for concept planning, and specification You are also expected to cover broad tasks such as planning and management of development, list preparation / execution / management for evaluation, and so on. Team management role is also considerable depending on capability.
Requirement	MUST: - Professional experience in mechanical design (more than 3 years) - CAD skill (on Solidworks or other tool) - Fundamental knowledge in material and mechanical mechanics WANT (preferred if you apply to one or more): - Experience of design and development of new product, not just improvement of design - Experience developing mass product on the scale of hundreds to thousands units - Experience designing mobility or robot (of any product type) - Experience in cost reduction or weight reduction - Experience managing project with 5-people team or more Soft skills: - Ability to work proactively with leadership without limiting his/her task coverage - Ability to enjoy 0-to-1 development with flexible mind - Communication skill to coordinate internal and external stake-holders
