Job Description	You will be in charge of system development related to AI / data utilization, such as secure data collection and management, AI model management and AI analysis, or other AIOps-related system. It is essential to design and develop reliable and scalable cloud architecture as we deal with data from industries like finance (bank, securities), manufacturing (factory), logistics (warehouse), or retail. With customers in manufacturing, work scope will extend to overall architecture design including local facilities, IoT, distributed computing environment, as well as design and implementation of scalable WebAPI. You will be leading technology selection to model development / implementation for projects such as implementation verification based on SOTA technology and papers, or client-driven AI development, while collaborating with project manager and engineers. Tasks include: - AI design, implementation, maintenance, evaluation and verification on project-base - Leading project in technical aspect, such as proposal to client, model development etc. - Planning, development, implementation, maintenance, evaluation and verification of existing product (secret calculation software for AI model) - Project management / direction of company's own service - Data set design to fit AI's prerequisite / process conditions / environmental conditions - Design, implementation and verification of AI algorithm based on academic paper - Research of relevant technologies - Technology selection, new technology R&D and product application accompanying the above - Managing AI engineer team Products to work on: - Secret calculation software for AI that makes AI model itself usable in cryptographic state - Application development utilizing advanced data security / interfacing technology such as secret calculation or federated learning Technology stack: - Language: Python - Cloud: AWS - Container: Docker - Misc.: GitHub, Confluence, Slack
Requirement	■Mandatory skill / experience - Experience sorting out AI algorithms and approaches and examining them - Experience designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and verifying multiple (AI) algorithms - Post-graduate degree in science or equivalent capability - Ability to communicate with external customers in Japanese Plus one or more of the following: - Experience of end-to-end system development from requirement definition to implementation - Experience managing development resources - budget, progress, task, quality - Professional experience as a data scientist - Experience leading a project ■Preferred skill / experience - Experience in environmental design of AI's both edge and cloud, besides fundamental design of distributed processing architecture - Experience designing data set to fit AI's prerequisite / process conditions / environmental conditions - Knowledge and experience in analysis of high dimensional or unstructured data such as image analysis or NLP - English skill at business level
