Job Description	The Satellite System Development Department designs, manufactures, and operates our own small satellites. The team is comprised of experienced members and advisors from traditional space industry, small satellite industry, and manufacturing industry that supports mass production. Up until now, "artificial satellite development" has only been produced in single unit mainly for government demand, but we have realized a speedy production system by reducing the size of satellites to 1/10 of the conventional size. We are looking for new members to join us as we move towards the mass production phase. - Satellite designing, development, manufacturing, launching schedule management and logistics management - External manufacturing partner management - Compatible with various regulations - Support for engineer design/manufacturing/testing work - Launch site support (persons who can travel overseas)
Requirement	Mandatory requirements Ability to work at a factory located in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture You can apply if any one (or more) applies to you. - Project management experience - Japanese and English, both business level (including reading and writing) - Proactive in communication, team building, and coordinating team members. - Experience in designing and manufacturing airplanes, cars, motorcycles, electrical equipment, etc. - Experience in mechanical/electrical environmental testing and quality control - Knowledge of development sites in the manufacturing industry - Experience in overseas transportation/overseas export license application - Self-starters, those with experience of anticipating and leading projects
