Job Description ■Role of Group
We explore and develop sensing devices related to in-vehicle LiDAR, next-generation LiDAR, and their elemental technologies. In parallel with the development of technology that differentiates our sensing devices, we propose LiDAR solutions to customers.

■Your Role
You will be involved in the development of LiDAR signal processing algorithms used in the AD&ADAS (autonomous driving, advanced driving support) field. You will promote algorithm development and evaluation using LiDAR systems using LiDAR sensing devices developed by our company, and be involved in solving customer issues and providing feedback for next-generation devices and LiDAR systems.

■Assumed Position
In an organization of about 10 people, you will work with several algorithm developers to develop and evaluate algorithms as the person in charge of developing and evaluating them. We often collaborate both internally and externally, and handle a wide range of technologies throughout the project.

■ Career path
You can deepen your expertise in 3D signal processing technology using cutting-edge depth sensors. LiDAR systems are sensors that achieve performance by highly balancing various hardware and software technologies, so by working on development with members with different expertise, you can expand your range of expertise. There are opportunities to incorporate new technology through collaboration with universities, research institutes, etc., present at academic conferences, and publish papers in academic journals.
Requirement ■Must
Development experience in C, C++. Python etc

■Preferred
- Experience in developing, using, and evaluating LiDAR, millimeter wave radar, sonar, OCT, Doppler LIDAR, optical wavelength multiplexing communication, and other 3D sensing technologies.
- Experience in developing signal processing technologies related to analog signal digitization, digital filters, frequency analysis, signal detection, SNR improvement, denoising, etc.
- Experience in signal processing and recognition/Perception algorithm development using 3D data
- Development experience in various sensor fusion technologies (LiDAR, radar, sonar, IMU, GNSS, etc.)
- Model-based development experience
- Development experience in computational photography technology
English Level ■Required
TOEIC: 600 points or more
- Able to collect information from English papers and lectures, document it, share information, etc.
- Able to understand and implement English papers and verify with LiDAR prototype and POC data
- Possible to communicate with overseas researchers regarding the technical matters
