| Job Description | Coporate Strategy Department is responsible for formulating management strategies and company-wide business plans, as well as long-term business and organizational growth. Responsible to interact cross-sectionally with each operational department and collect issues and communicate. In addition, the future vision envisioned by the management team is communicated to each department. Share with supervisors and managers to facilitate decision-making and provide implementation support for operations. Description: Responsible for implementing highly important company-wide projects and medium- to long-term growth strategies, from gathering information to formulating strategies. ・Competitor and market research ・Identification of company-wide issues and planning and implementation of improvement projects ・Support for business plan formulation ・Project acquisition and execution management with government agencies |
