| Job Description | Unit: Management Department Our company develops synthetic aperture radar satellites (SAR satellites) and conducts observations, including selling imaging data, observing flood damage and landslides caused by heavy rain, and detecting signs of ground subsidence and collapse. The Administration Department is a department that supports employees with diverse backgrounds who work at the head office, factories, and overseas branches. Each unit cooperates with IPO preparations and branch establishments. As we establish our Yamato factory, we are looking for someone to provide local information system operational support. Responsibilities: Information system operation support ・Inquiry response ・PC kitting ・Account and device management ・Responding to employee arrival and departure ・Creation of manuals and procedure manuals ◆Target system: Cloud services (groupware, communication tools), some on-premise systems (network equipment, etc.), employee PCs/peripheral equipment |
| Requirement | Requirements: ① Can commute to Yamato Technology Center (below) every day ②Have an IT passport (or equivalent level or higher qualification) ③ Person who can carry out the work contents ④Proactively investigate on their own in a team with few members and have an appropriate level of communication (IT basics at IT passport level or higher, appropriate communication skills) ⑤Can read simple English Desired: ・Work experience in information system management ・Work experience equivalent to supporting IT equipment in the manufacturing industry/factory ・Experience in operating and operating production management systems, etc. ・Experience operating or building network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, redundant configurations, VPNs, etc.) |
