Job Description	Our main work is the development and operation of satellite ground systems that operate our own SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) satellite series. The satellite ground system is divided into control, planning, analysis, and image data processing, and we will be responsible for developing the image data processing system to convert observation data downlinked from the satellite into SAR images. ・Coordination with internal teams (satellite development, business teams, etc.) ・Coordination with external vendors ・Management of internal and external development schedules (project management) ・Design of image data processing system for future satellite constellations ・Investigating and responding to defects in existing systems
Requirement	[Must] - Can commute to our Tokyo head office 4 days or more a week - 3+ years of Programming experience in C, C++, C#, python, etc. - 5+ years of system development (requirements definition, design, manufacturing, testing, operation and maintenance) experience - Person who can flexibly respond on weekends and nights if necessary due to system failure etc. (1-2 times a month, shift system) - Comfortable with reading, writing, and oral communication in English. [Preferred] - System development experience related to defense, aviation, and space - System development experience for government offices - Project management experience - Experience in developing image processing systems
