| Job Description | ■Market Research and Analysis: - Formulate data-driven business strategies through research and analysis of Japanese market trends, consumer needs, and competitors. - Explore new business opportunities and contribute to building potential partnerships and alliances. ■Customer Proposal Creation: - Create customized proposals for major clients, prepare presentation materials, and conduct customer presentations. - Utilize internal and external resources to maximize the results of proposals, and work with the sales team to promote effective proposal activities. ■Competitor Analysis and Business Development Strategy Planning: - Conduct continuous analysis of competitors' products, services, and marketing strategies, and plan and implement measures to strengthen the company's competitive advantage. - Lead the identification and negotiation of strategic partnerships and new market entry opportunities. |
| Requirement | [MUST] - Graduate from a business or management faculty / studied business and management - Business-level Japanese language skills (N1 certification) - Practical experience in sales, marketing, or consulting in the Japan market (2 years or more) - Advanced analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent document creation and presentation skills [WANT] - Knowledge and experience in the automation equipment and kitchen equipment industry - Experience in building strategic partnerships and managing alliances - Experience in data-driven decision-making and using business intelligence tools - Experience working in global markets and the ability to adapt to work in a multicultural environment - Business-level Chinese language skills (not mandatory) [Desired personality / other] - Highly communicative and able to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Able to respond flexibly even in a changing environment and take the initiative to solve problems - Able to think strategically based on data analysis and translate it into concrete actions - Able to value teamwork and work with other departments to achieve results - Able to take on new challenges for sustainable growth |
