Job Description	Through discussion with management, you will mainly work on the following tasks. Immediately after joining the company, you will undergo onboarding to understand our business. - Formulating overseas business strategies (Asian countries, European and American markets) - Managing the entire overseas business (including head office/local contact points) - Responding to inquiries from overseas - Acquiring overseas leads (acquiring leads by utilizing pitches from startup overseas expansion support programs, etc.) - Test marketing (overseas exhibitions, local drone inspections, test provision of data analysis, developing local users/partners) - (Country of expansion) Responding to local laws and regulations, imports and exports - (Country of expansion) Building business schemes (provision of hardware and services including local partners) - (Country of expansion) Building local systems including human resources and fundraising - Building alliances with local partner companies (including JVs) *When you first join the company, you will be in charge of domestic business, and after deepening your understanding of the company, you may gradually be involved in overseas expansion. *Depending on your experience and skills, if we determine that you have the ability to contribute immediately, you may be mainly in charge of overseas business immediately after joining the company. Requirement	Must: Those who have any of the following mindsets and experiences - 5+ years of experience in B to B overseas business - Experience in business strategy planning - Team management skills for multinational members - Language requirements: TOEIC 850 or higher, TOEFL 100 or higher, IELTS 7.0 or higher (business level English proficiency) Preferred - Experience working at a startup - Experience in launching a business overseas - Experience in developing new hardware businesses *Those with robotics-related experience are especially welcome - Experience working overseas - Project management skills (project roadmaps, overall project specifications, schedule creation and management, etc.) - Documentation skills (project management documents, progress report documents, etc.)
