Job Description | As the number of cases increases, the company is looking for someone to design solutions in order to raise the level of their solution proposals and solve customer issues at a more advanced level. [Job Contents] - Through customer visits and communication with sales staff, understand customers' on-site operations and their challenges, and devise solutions that the company can provide. - Through communication with product and technical staff, organize what the company can provide and incorporate it into proposals. - After creating a solution, perform simulations to verify feasibility. - Calculate return on investment and quantitatively demonstrate the benefits of implementation to customers. - Gather internal knowledge to create project specifications, then present them to customers through sales. - Organize customer needs into technical requirements and provide feedback to product staff. - Generally, negotiations with customers are handled by sales, but will be conducted as necessary to improve the quality of proposals. |
Requirement | [Experience required (must-have)] - Experience in defining requirements and creating customer proposals in the automation, robotics, or FA industries - Sales experience in the automation, robotics, or FA industries, or implementation consulting experience (otherwise, sales experience to the company's customers in the logistics or manufacturing industries) - Experience proposing solutions based on issues' understanding - Experience achieving concrete results in proposal-based sales and client work - Japanese language ability to understand customer needs through discussion - Experience creating proposals based on quantitative information such as return on investment and efficiency calculations - College graduate or above: No particular faculty is required, but understanding of technical content is essential [Preferred experience and skills] - Ability to understand both technical and business aspects - Experience visiting the site and converting abstract onsite issues into concrete measures and implementing them - Customer technical evaluation and verification of various new products and solutions - Working with sales and engineering departments to make proposals for orders, such as demos - Strengthening relationships with existing partners to expand business - Ability to explain in simple terms that even those without technical knowledge, such as management or business departments, can understand - Communication skills that allow you to get customers and related parties in the company involved and get the job done - Motivation to actively learn new technologies and business skills - Business-level English conversation and writing/reading skills |
