Job Description	You will be responsible for wire harness design for the next-generation satellite and research and development project for the small SAR satellite constellation. You will be responsible for project management including design, review, cost and schedule, and coordinating and collaborating with each specialized team, stakeholders, and suppliers in the company's satellite development to promote the development of the next-generation satellite. In particular: - Design of wire connections between components - Creating wiring tables - Creating manufacturing drawings - Wire harness layout design - Consideration of metal mount implementation - Ordering and inventory management of parts and materials used - Coordination with technical departments - Production support at the manufacturing site - Design/production schedule management - Cost management * Responsibility can be adjusted depending on your preference.
Requirement	Required qualifications - Able to commute to the manufacturing base (Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture) every day - Experience in wire harness design and development Preferred qualifications - English skill above daily conversation level - Experience in design and analysis using 3D CAD/CAE
