Job Description | - Verification using CAD and CAE of the wind turbine mechanical parts (gears, bearings, holding mechanisms) used in the small demonstration model under development and the entire wind turbine system - Lead the wind turbine structure and mechanical design by reflecting the knowledge gained there in the large offshore wind turbine |
Requirement | Required - 3D CAD experience (mid- to high-end 3D CAD design such as NX, CATIA, ProE, SolidWorks, etc.) - CAE structural analysis experience (ANSYS, IDEAS, NASTRAN) - Practical experience in applying FMEA, DRBFM, etc. to design Preferred - Experience in drawing and manufacturing products using rotating machines in manufacturing facilities, etc., in addition to products (automobiles, airplanes, engines, motors) - Experience in designing large special structures (bridges, building construction, etc.) using CAE - You will be involved in prototyping, assembly, and evaluation of the parts and assemblies you actually design in collaboration with the contractor, so the following knowledge is even more desirable - Experience handling basic physical quantities such as strain, temperature, current, and voltage that come up from the evaluation site - Handling basic tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and crimp terminals - Measurement and post-processing of electrical signals using oscilloscopes, data recorders, etc. |
