Job Description	[Recruitment background] As our in-house products are being born one after another and inquiries for contract projects are increasing, the number of products moving on to the mass production phase is also increasing, so we would like to strengthen our resources by increasing the number of staff. [Expected job description] As part of the planning and management of mass production projects for robots and IoT products, - Support the launch and optimization of factories and manufacturing lines at subcontractors, and lead operations - Production management - Product procurement, parts procurement, collaboration and coordination with suppliers and partner companies - Various evaluation tasks in mass production development - Failure analysis, product design improvement - Cost management, schedule management, and quality assurance - Information sharing and problem-solving support between development and manufacturing teams - Import and export operations (certification acquisition in each country, documentation support, security response, etc.) - Consulting on the above domains in customer product development [Products involved] - New products in small lots to several thousand units (including our own products and contracted projects) - Repeat production and improvement of our existing products [Attraction of this job] - The immeasurable excitement of seeing the first unit before the development engineer - The sense of accomplishment when you solve a customer's problem using your own knowledge - The joy of working with not only engineers but the whole company to launch a product as a team - The joy of facing manufacturing head-on - The joy of delivering the product to users who love it
Requirement	[Required requirements] - Project management experience (preferably manufacturing/mass production projects) - Experience in setting up a factory or production line - Ability to negotiate with teams and partner companies - Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management - Experience in mechanical design, jig and tool design, creating work procedure manuals, and creating BOMs - A love of manufacturing [Preferred requirements] - Experience in mass production of robots, precision machinery, and electronic devices - Experience in electrical design/software development related to mass-produced products - Proven track record of cost reduction and quality improvement in the manufacturing industry - QA experience - English ability (may involve collaboration with overseas suppliers) - Work experience at a hardware startup company [We welcome those who】 - Want to contribute to market creation in a growing market - Want to develop products in a small, elite team - Want to try their hand at platform development - Want to gain a business perspective - Like robots
