Job Description | As a Technical Project Manager, you will be in charge of two long-term projects with 6-10 developers in the company's matrix organization. Work details: - In each project your core responsibility would be to organize and coordinate the development team to ensure a steady velocity and that the project can meet the deadlines. - You will work closely with a Solution Manager from the business side to maintain the overall timeline, determine development scope, identify and mitigate risks and issues. - Together with Software Architects and developers you will define the technical approach to achieve client-facing functionality in a sustainable way. |
Requirement | - At least a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. - 3+ years of experience in project management or leading software development teams. - Knowledge of software development workflows and principles. - Familiarity with Linux and containerisation. - Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, or JavaScript). - Robotics experience or ROS knowledge is a big plus. - Excellent communication and organisation skills - Proficiency in spoken and written English; Japanese is a plus but not required. - Ability to break down complex processes and technical concepts. - Familiarity with Agile and the Scrum methodology. - Hands-on attitude and positivity to drive the projects forward while having fun. |
