Job Description	We are building and operating a system for mass production of satellites and preparing the manufacturing process in preparation for the construction of satellite constellations. There are many challenges to achieving a mass production system for satellites, which no one has achieved yet, and we are taking on various challenges every day. ■Duties - Establishing quality control methods for satellites and satellite equipment - Responding to quality defects in satellite development and satellite manufacturing - Building and operating a quality assurance process for satellite development ■Specifically - Deciding and managing quality control methods for each process of the satellite manufacturing process - Supplier quality control for procured parts - Reliability testing of satellite equipment - Planning and implementing countermeasures in the event of quality defects - Establishing in-house quality standards - Building and operating a quality management system
Requirement	Required qualifications - Able to commute to the new manufacturing base (Kanagawa Prefecture) every day, Work location: Chuorinkan, Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture - Able to travel to the test environment base (Ibaraki Prefecture) as needed, Travel destination: Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture - Experience in selecting and deciding quality assurance and quality control items (involvement as a designer or production engineer is acceptable) - Experience dealing with defects in mechanical parts, electronic parts, chemicals, etc., both inside and outside the company - Planning and executing reliability tests - At least one of the following experiences --Introducing new quality control methods for existing parts --Determining quality control methods for new parts and new processes --Determining new quality control indicators through testing, etc. -- Building a quality management system Desired requirements - Management experience in quality assurance and management - Experience building quality management systems for new businesses and new locations - Experience creating QC process charts - DFMEA, PFMEA review experience - Internal and external quality assurance system audits or process audits - Experience analyzing defective products (electrical analysis using oscilloscopes, X-ray observation, electron microscopes, component analysis, etc.) - Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams - Ability to read mechanical drawings
