Job Description	[Customers] Currently, our main customers are infrastructure operators and construction companies such as power plants. Until now, quality has been ensured through labor-intensive methods, but the decline in the workforce and work style reforms have made it urgent to promote digital transformation. We are working on digital transformation with digital transformation personnel and field operation personnel from each company, and are then expanding those solutions to other companies. [Business area] The maintenance market for social and industrial infrastructure is said to be worth 5 trillion yen in Japan, and we are working on solutions to drastically improve the negative aspects of this vast market. Digital transformation has progressed in desk work so far, but there is a lot of white space for non-desk work that involves on-site work such as infrastructure work, and there are still many situations where paper work and the judgment of experts are relied upon, and we believe there is room for significant improvement. Currently, we are mainly working on equipment inspections, on-site management, and security surveillance, and we plan to expand in the future. [Recruitment background] We are working to solve social issues in Japan, especially in the infrastructure industry, where issues such as labor shortages and aging infrastructure are becoming apparent. To further accelerate the creation of solutions that solve these issues, we are looking for someone to lead the business as a project manager who promotes planning, development, and operation. [Mission of the department: Solution Group] For new and additional digital transformation solutions mainly for the social infrastructure industry, product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers work together to promote business considerations, requirements definition, release, and product growth. [About the team] To be assigned to the Project Management Team Total of 24 people (employees) We are a team consisting of a wide range of ages from 20s to 40s, and we support our customers' work. There is an atmosphere of active collaboration without departmental boundaries. We are consistently promoting projects for DX promotion for customers in the social and industrial infrastructure industry, from planning to proposal, execution, and direction. [Job Description] - Promoting planning and problem consideration for projects aimed at transforming customers' business operations - Project management for solution development through co-creation projects - Business consideration, requirements definition to release, product growth management - Necessary rules and contracts with customers and external partners, operation design, etc. Many projects last about 3 to 12 months, and we use a variety of technologies (AI, robots, IoT, etc.) to solve on-site issues.
